A calm and supportive introduction to grooming for your puppy. Delivered over two gentle sessions, designed to help puppies build confidence with handling, equipment and the grooming environment.

The programme includes:

• First session:
  Gradual introduction to the salon environment, gentle handling and desensitisation, introduction to grooming tools and dryer sound.

• Second session:
  Puppy appropriate bath and blow-dry, light face, paw and hygiene tidy where appropriate.

Each puppy receives a Calm Canine Puppy Care Pack, including carefully selected grooming tools, enrichment items, and natural treats to support positive grooming experiences at home.

Guidance is also provided to grooming desensitisation at home.

For your puppy’s safety, all puppies must be fully vaccinated (both vaccinations completed) and at least 1–2 weeks post-second vaccination before attending their first session.

This programme is designed for puppies up to 6 months of age. Older or more nervous puppies may require additional sessions to ensure a calm and positive experience.

This calming and restorative facial treatment is designed to refresh and soothe your dog’s face. It is carried out within the bath process and can be added to a Bath & Blow-Dry, Full Groom & Style, De-Shedding, or Hand Stripping session. Not available as a standalone service.

A gentle, non-invasive light treatment designed to support skin and coat condition, while promoting a calm and relaxed experience for your dog. This quiet, warming treatment can be enjoyed as a standalone session, added to any grooming service, or as part of the Calm Reset package.

• Supporting overall coat condition,

• Dry or dull coats,

• Dogs who benefit from calm, still relaxing time.

This is a non-medical, holistic wellness treatment, and is not induced to diagnose, treat, or cure any health conditions. At Calm Canine, this treatment is offered as a gentle, wellbeing focused addition to grooming, designed to support overall skin and coat condition. Results may vary between dogs, and this treatment should be considered as part of a broader approach to your dog's wellbeing, which includes: a balanced diet, regular veterinary care, ongoing grooming and care. If your dog has any underlying skin or health concerns, veterinary advice should be sought. While research into red light therapy is still developing, a selection of scientific studies and reviews is available and can be shared upon request.
